Meals & Medicine

Wednesday, April 29th, 2009

It is, once again, with lots of pleasure, joy and excitement, to write down this report and just mention to you the wonders that the Lord is doing at Wiphan-Zambia with the help of the Lord through the wonderful saints – Wiphan-USA.

As usual, Wiphan students, at both centers gather to have meals with lots of joy, excitement and gratitude of heart. Nshima with beans was cooked and saved to the students. Students received and enjoyed the meal, expressing deep heartfelt appreciation for such kind and wonderful gesture shown to them. Students testified that hunger is no longer felt like it did before the meal program was introduced.

BIG PRAISE, BIG PRAISE, BIG PRAISE, BIG PRAISE – ADOPTED WIPHAN STUDENTS BY BRIGHT-POINT ARE ON-LINE ALREADY!!!!!! Great and excellent news.  God richly bless Wiphan-USA and BrightPoint for taking on Wiphan students for sponsorship. WE WILL NEVER THANK YOU ENOUGH.

BIG PRAISE, BIG PRAISE, BIG PRAISE, BIG PRAISE, BIG PRAISE FOR AN ADDED DAY TO THE MEAL PROGRAM!
The above news made me dance – glory be to God.

THE MOBILE CLINIC

Apart from the meal programme, Sister Mary conducted a mobile clinic and  administered medication to Wiphan-ladies. 20 ladies with different sicknesses and diseases were attended to and received the medical help they needed. Five out of the 20 sick ladies had critical Malaria, but we thank God that Sister Mary was able to diagnose the critical Malaria and administered Malaria drug very quickly. Other ladies had the flu and sister Mary administered flu medication to them.  Later in the day, sister Mary, visited my daughter Abby at home who has had Malaria and administered Malaria medication to her. Abby is feeling much better  now and will be able to get back to her job any time soon.

Wiphan-Zambia is very grateful for what both the meal programme and the mobile clinic have done for God’s people at Wiphan, in the past and this ending week. The high levels of poverty and hunger are no longer felt in the homes of the Wiphan widows and orphans – big praise items!

On behalf of Wiphan students, Wiphan ladies, the teaching staff and the management, thank you so very much for all the wonderful programs, taking place at Wiphan-Zambia. Praise and thanks be to God who has made all things possible. A million thanks to Wiphan-Usa, beautiful vessels, our God has been using – God richly, richly bless you all.

TONNES AND TONNES OF LOVE,

Kunda for Wiphan.
