Our mission is to equip widows and orphans for a productive future life, offering hope to the hopeless through the love of Jesus Christ.

Wiphan Care Ministries is a Zambian based Christian ministry that provides biblical teaching, skills training and education to widows and orphans in Zambia, Africa who have been devastated by the HIV/AIDS epidemic. In a population of just under 11 million, nearly one million children have lost one or both parents to HIV/AIDS. There are countless homes left without the traditional breadwinners-the fathers. Widows remain helpless and hopeless with no means to sustain their children.

According to UNICEF statistics a child in Zambia is orphaned every 35 seconds from AIDS. This has resulted in helplessness and hopelessness among those left behind. Wiphan Care Ministries was formed by Zambian Christians to respond to this situation and turn orphans' and widows' hopelessness into hopefulness in Jesus Christ. Wiphan Care Ministries is a charitable Christian organization looking into both the spiritual and social welfare of the widows and orphans in Zambia.
