Where service becomes relationship.
Travel to Zambia and step into the lives of the students, teachers, and families your support makes possible.
WIPHAN MISSION TRIPS
Join us in Zambia and witness what God is doing through Wiphan.
Through time with students, families, and staff, you’ll experience a deeper understanding of this work, and the lives being transformed through it. As you step into classrooms, visit homes, and engage with the community, you’ll see firsthand the impact of consistent support and the strength, resilience, and faith that define it.
This is more than a trip, it’s an opportunity to connect, to learn, and to be part of something that extends far beyond your time in Zambia.
WHAT TO EXPECT
At Wiphan, our work is led by local staff, teachers, and community leaders who understand the needs of their communities best. Your time in Zambia will be spent alongside them, supporting the work already happening and stepping into the rhythms of daily life on our campuses.
During your trip, you may spend time in classrooms, visit students’ homes, encourage teachers, and engage with women in our skills training programs. Each experience is rooted in relationship, offering a deeper understanding of the challenges families face and the impact of long-term support.
-
Spend time in classrooms and on campus with Wiphan students, playing, talking, and simply being present.
These moments build connection, encouragement, and a deeper understanding of their daily lives.
-
Visit the homes of students and meet their caregivers. These visits offer a powerful look into the realities families are navigating, and the role Wiphan plays in supporting them.
-
Engage with the teachers who invest in students every day. Whether through conversation, shared ideas, or simply showing appreciation, your presence supports and strengthens their work.
-
Spend time with women in Wiphan’s training programs as they build skills for income and independence.
You’ll witness resilience, growth, and the long-term impact of economic empowerment.
-
Experience the everyday environment of Wiphan campuses, from meals to school routines to community gatherings.
This is where the full picture of the work comes into view.
-
Participate in times of worship, devotionals, and spiritual engagement alongside students and staff.
Faith is a central part of the community and shapes everything that happens within Wiphan.
-
While every trip centers around connection and presence, we also recognize the value of your unique background. If you’re interested, we can help shape parts of your experience to align with your skills in a way that supports the work already happening.
